A thorough, room-by-room evaluation conducted by a CAPS-certified assessor — for older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and anyone navigating a new diagnosis or injury. You receive a written report with photographs, prioritized hazard findings, and specific modification recommendations — whether or not you choose to do any work.

  • All rooms assessed: entry, circulation, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living areas
  • 80+ features evaluated against aging-in-place standards
  • Prioritized hazard list with severity ratings
  • Modification recommendations with estimated costs
  • Applicable funding programs identified
  • Written report with photographs delivered within 48 hours
  • Optional: report shared with physician or discharge planner
